Returns & Refunds

 

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you may request a return within 7 days of the delivery date.

 

To start a return, please contact us at waowforuu@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will reply with instructions on how to proceed.

 

Return conditions:

Items must be unused and in their original packaging and condition. Proof of purchase (order number) is required. Final sale or personalized items are not eligible for return.

 

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will let you know if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

 

Exchanges:

If you would like a different size or color instead of a refund, let us know when you contact us and we will do our best to help, subject to availability.
